• Order cancellation before shipment.
• Product becomes unavailable after order confirmation.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Product arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing.
• Verified manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
• Delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the customer's control.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests may be declined if:

• The product has been installed, used, or operated after delivery, unless a manufacturing defect exists.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse.
• Original packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing when required.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Opened or used personal care or hygiene products unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request has been approved:

• Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be coordinated with the customer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping or logistics fees may be deducted when the return is requested for reasons unrelated to a store error or product defect.

If the return is due to an error by طقس or a confirmed product defect, طقس will bear all shipping and return costs.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order free of charge before shipment.
